Thanks for the tips. I have recently got other goods from the US via UPS
and the service was excellent. The problem seems to be normal mail. I
recently ordered some stuff from a Compuserve Mall merchant which got to
the UK fine, was cleared by customs, but took 20 more days to get to my
door!.
I will enquire if Impulse can send out upgrades UPS when I order version
2.0.
