JPEG
John, the archive AUGJPE.LZH in Library 14 here in Art's contains the
PPMto24 and 24toPPM utilities, as well as the JPEG comp/decomp programs. I
probably couldn't upload them as separate files because most authors want
to keep the archives intact, besides they are not much good without the
JPEG utilities also.
