Jonathan, I agree with your comments about the classification of most Amiga users. I'd love to recommend the machine more to "general" computer users but I know that they lack the knowledge and determination required to survive and utilize the hardware with the lack of Commodore and "real" computer companies. Can't WP Corp see from these messages that most Amiga users are knowledgable not just about their machine and its software but also about other platforms and software products? I too think like many here that the Amiga version of WP didn't fully utilize the hardware. I also think that it was another example of "Amiga is another Commodore game machine" thinking when the AMiga version of WP lacks the features of IBM-WP like Styles and Tables that I want and really need. Trust me I would use Amiga-WP for more than just writing a quick letter or two. I would be working on the same over-100-page documents at home that I do at work. Anyway I just wanted to once again express my feelings on this matter. I hope that all of the activity on this thread will at the very least cause WP Corp. to rthink their apparent inacurate impression of the "average" Amiga user. Garry
