Elvin: So what? I know there are a few professionals out there who are bitter with Ed Lippert. But as the owner of a Kronos controller and a Lazerxpress printer, I sure like the products his enterprises put out. I'm in no position to determine if he short-changed earlier co-venturers as was stated on here a while back, but the mere fact that his early companies when under doesn't mean much in terms of what we as consumers can expect. An awful lot of highly successful business types went under scores of times before hitting on a business that finally took off. Chances are that the businesses you mentioned went under more for lack of operating capital or really skilled management rather than that the products they offered were unacceptable to the market place.
