I will try to answer a few of the questions, but I have not had a lot of
time with Real-3D yet.
The editor is most like Imagine, but I like it better myself. I have used
all you mention except Lightwave (no Toaster), and I feel that if I can't
have it I will be pleased for a while with Real-3D 🙂
It makes textures easy to use, and handles pathway animations. (I will
know more as I go deeper into it…)
No X-Specs, and it has IFF-24 and Targa-24 outputs (as well as standard
HAM. (DCTV is to come in the future revisions.)
I feel it is a great package, and I like it a lot so far!
