Don, The point that I wanted to make was that your "average" computer user doesn't buy an Amiga; as we hear from all of the various sources. It takes a special person to buy Amiga; someone that has investigated the various platforms and appreciates the various aspects of the Amiga that make it "special". Amiga buyers also have to be a somewhat independent type considering the lack of support from Commodore and "real" software companies. Also Amiga users are more likely to be much more aware of other platforms. This is somewhat the result of the sheer volume of "info" for these other systems. Often it's becuse we have to deal with other systems at work. Back to the topic of this thread; I think that particularly for the average miga users, WP would be (make that would have been) a very good choice because there is some information out there for the IBM version. A non-technical user could use WP-Amiga for their needs and still get widely available help. This depends on the fact the the IBM and Amiga versions are fairly close in features. Garry
