Awesome Image Upload
Hey Everyone,
Check out the new images uploaded by the Graphix Zone from the soon to released
'Bob Dylan's Highway 61: Interactive' CDROM title in the Images Library of this
forum.
Myself(lead modeler for this portion of the project), with help from Greg Daly
and Jeff Alu modeled, mapped and lighted the hypothetical Greenwich Village
area street. It was a huge scene with over 700,000(!) faces when finished. We
also hit the 255 materials per scene limit of 3DS so we had to quite creative
to get it finished.
I'd like to give a special thanks to Marc Mosel for supplying the best texture
maps from scratch I've ever seen, bar none.
Also, If you like what you see, tell others in the graphics community that I'm
available and can provide animations and renderings at any resolution and
output to any format of stills or video tape. I have a full compliment of
video/audio/effects editing and output solutions available on site. My
background includes broadcast graphics, CD-ROM games, engineering, architecture
and fully animated and edited audio/video productions.
