Pic to T-shirts
I have used the heat transfer ribbons on my Star NX-1000 Rainbow printer
and go got very nice results from it. Until I washed it, and most of the
color bled away. It It seems to work best with synthetic fabrics (yech). It
is a cheap way of getting images onto fabric. One warning that comes with
the ribbon says not to use it 'too much' or you'll get 'excessive wear of
the print head'. Doesn't sound very good. The name of the supplier is
'Ramco computer supplies' (I think), and they advertise in some of the
Amiga mags (tiny 2×3" ad). Enjoy, Erik Flom
