LISP CALLING
Jeff,
I suspect you didn't already already have (chtext) already defined and
loaded. The example I gave can only call a LISP function, it cannot, as
written, load the function.
To call the second routine without typing its name in, try:
(defun chtext () ………) (defun C:Yourfunc ()
(initget "Chtext (Chtext)")
(setq pt1
(Getpoint "\nWhere? Show point, or RETURN for Chtext <Chtext> : "
);getpoint
);setq
(if
(/= (type pt1) 'LIST)
(chtext)
)
( ……… and so on ……..) );defun
If say you had a menu item like this as well
[ Chtext ](chtext)
you could do one of the following at the yourfunc prompt:
Enter a point
Hit RETURN for (chtext)
Enter C for (chtext)
Enter Chtext for (chtext)
Pick [ Chtext ] from the menu for (chtext)
(chtext) must already be loaded, although you could try something like this
in the middle of the routine to automatically load (chtext):
