Marco,
Try this on your original drawing. At the command prompt, type in UCS and
press the Enter key twice. This will align the movable User Coordinate
System (often used with 3D) with the fixed World Coordinate System. Next,
enter the PLAN command. This will align your viewing direction so that
your X-axis will once again point to the right and your Y-axis will point
to the top of your drawing.
If this doesn't work, please let me know and we can try some other things.
