Karl: Sue a man when he's down – naaa, not us. Sounds like you realize that your drawing file has been damaged. Since you've tried the Ctrl-C technique, your other recourse is to get ahold of one of the drawing recovery programs and see what it can do with the drawing. The best known of these is AutoSAVE from CYCO (404/634-3302). Damaged drawing files is one good reason to upgrade to AutoCAD Release 11, since it includes some built-in recovery techniques. Also, don't store valuable drawings on floppies alone, and especially on a single floppy. – Mark M.
