#new attribute tags
I have heard that it is possible to add attributes to blocks on the fly
using rel. 11. By this I mean, can I add new attributes to a block without
exploding and re-blocking the block? I have a number of rel. 10 blocks
that I may need to do this with. We are currently running rel. 10 and
thios may make the difference to the bos on whether we upgrade or not, so I
hope the answer is yes. thanks.
