I'm not sure what is the cause of your continuing problems installing Disk
5, the Sample/Bonus disk. One idea: on this disk there are many, many,
small files. A malfunction in the disk cacheing >might< cause problems
here that don't show up otherwise. I'd disable all caches and give it
another shot.
I'd also ask the dealer to provide a set of disks that are >known< good.
(i.e. his dealer set or a set that he has installed on his machines first.)
