greg, no, I did not get the name of the tech support person who told me that my Vram bios was current, sorry. I don't usually ask for names until I know I getting wrong info…you can send me an updated bios if you wish, but I would rather call V-7 tech support and get it through the front door… I'll try this again tommorrow. I did recieve the Focus demo today and tried it out… it was very quirky, in my opinion, but I don't know if the trouble was a poorly documented demo or the problem with my outdated Vram bios… I had a great deal of trouble with the pop-ups, they all appeared blank (no icons). I'll give Focus another chance with the updated bios. Frankly, I was was not as impressed with Focus as I was with the Panacea demo I tried last week. It took only a couple of minutes to feel comfortable with the Panacea DLD, where I was still having trouble with Focus after several hours of config tinkering. Thanks…..Robert…
