Wayne, I think you've heard correctly. There was an upgrade to the
original Sculpt4D released, that added a Metal2 texture and fixed a few
bugs, but that is it. No further support nor upgrades that I have heard of
in years now.
Still a fine renderer, I think. Still use it from time to time,
particularly for modeling. I still think it is easier to model in than
Imagine, etc…
