No, I don't think that's they way it's being handled. When someone buys
SBPro4, they get 90 days of free technical support. You call (213)427-1227
during this time. After that 90 days, you call the 900 number. They will
probably answer letters and faxes fr free after your 90 days (this is NOT
official, just my personal guess!), and of course you can get help here on
Compuserve.
