Oxxi's technical support policy for the former Precision products is approx. the same as the US Precision support policy. The first 90 days of telephone technical support are fre. This period starts at registration or first request for support. After the initial 90-day free period, users have two options. Further telephone tech support can be paid for on a per-call basis (the 900-line) or through an extended tech support package. Users who purchase extended support packages will be able to call the Long Beach telephone number (310) 427-1227. Users who opt to pay for individual calls will need to call the (900) 776-6994 number. The cost for calls to this line is $1 for the first minute, $2 for each additional minute. Callers to this line will NOT put on hold orasked to wait for an available technician. Users in Europe requiring technical assistae shuld call the Precision UK office.
