I just received my order from DAK for 10 CD caddies at $7.95 ea. Not a bad
price!? The package came in a small box weighing about 1 pound via UPS
ground. The UPS charge is probably just a couple of bucks. DAK charged me
$30.00 for postage and handling! How can you justify this? Apparently the
CD caddies aren't a bargain after all. I called customer service to see if
there was some mistake but the rep simply said that it was correct and that
I could send a complaint letter to President Kaplan if I wanted to. Just
doesn't make sense.
