Encyclo-problems
Mike, I got the Software Toolworks Illustrated Encyclopedia as part of the
software bundled with my drive. This CD has no sound. It is last year's
encyclopedia. I called Grolier directly and they upgraded the disk to the
1991 version, which they call the Electronic Encyclopedia and it has lots
of sounds. Although I believe the upgrade offer has expired, they may
still accomodate you. Give them a call. They're in Connecticut.
