John, if you're a 3DSr2 owner, you should've gotten a little white IPAS
card with your registration card. When you send that in, I'll send you a
brochure.
If, for some reason, you don't have an IPAS card, you can email me your
3DSr2 serial number AND your hardware lock serial number (IPAS brochures
are only sent to registered users) with your name and address and I'll get
one out to you.
