Jonathan; I have also had to do what you suggest a couple of times but not recently. I suspect that certain system setup or maybe even the presence of errant fonts may be necessary for the problem to show up. Though I have probably been about as "mad at S-L" as anyone, I have to admit that if they can not duplicate the problem, then there is not much that can be done. -bill
