If you've got a copy of 3DSr2, you should've gotten a little white IPAS
card inside to send back to me. Once you do that, I'll send you a brochure
that explains all. If, for some reason, you don't have a card, email me
with your 3DS serial number and hardware lock number, and I'll put you on
the list.
