Windows Accel for AMIPRO
Is the final evidence now in concerning the extent to which Windows
accelerator boards -such as ATI-Ultra(?)- have upon the speed of
animations? I have in mind two situations:
(1) Where one is panning across a background scene, with maybe only
a very little, locally circumscribed animation
(2) More general cases where the whole scene is changing, as in
frame wipes in which one scene fades into another.
