John: I have not heard of this problem before. Perhaps if it happens again, you could make a note of the message # and pass it along to me – I'll check it out. You do have the ability to set the date for new messages, which overrides the normal "counter." Is it possible you have set this for an earlier date and are thus seeing some messages again?
