Henry,
You need the program LHA138.RUN, which is in the archiver library here
(Lib 16). It is a self-extracting archive (doesn't need anything to
unpack it, just run the program after you download it). It contains the
program "lha", which is what you need to extract from files ending in the
.lha extension.
