Obviously Mark is the best source, but it does sound as if your problem is
related to an anomaly on the discs. Perhaps something was damaged in the
pressing, and a piece of data required by the software is missing or
obscured. It might be interesting to see who pressed the disc. Usually
the manufacturer presses its name around the center hub, in the shiny
silver circle just inside the clear plastic. It would seem reasonable that
the RCA discs would be made at the same place, what about the European one?
