#Caveat Emptor
I ordered some programs from Roy Tretheway the owner of Premier Software of
Redwood City, CA. When they didn't work correctly he asked me to send
everything back and promised he would refund my money.
After two and a half months and two letters of inquiry, I am still waiting.
I am very angry an I feel my trust has been violated. His action is not in
line with honest business practice and it is very immature!
I wish to prevent other unwary buyers from falling victim to such a scam as
his. Since he is selling programs for the Amiga, this kind of practice
would, in the long run, hurt the Amiga community and Commodore.
