You bet I can help you Chris, here goes: You can intermix rams of different speeds as much as you wish. No concern need be given as to organizing them in any particular way although some patterns of chips are more esthetically pleasing than others 🙂 Here's some part numbers: Hitachi HM511000-xx Hitachi HM511000P-xx NEC D421000C-xx (we like these the best) Toshiba TC511000P-xx OKI M511000-xx Fujitsu MB1C1000-xx The xx in each of the above part numbers is the speed designation. For example -12 is 120 nanosecond rams. Try these people for ram chips: Monarchy International – 415 873 3055 – ask for sam.
