You're right… I forgot that the article pointed out how few developers
were working on OS/2 s/w. If nothing else, it will be interesting to
see how things develop for PC's over the next few years… splintering of
operating systems and environments would have a ripple effect on the
entire industry, possibly making specialty s/w development more lucrative
(in the long run). If the 100 million installed pc user base is cut by a
third because of Operating System wars, the MAC and Amiga platforms might
actually begin to look more attractive for development. ??
