Um… When have you ever heard of Microsoft making a first release of ANY of thier software products which WASN'T bug ridden? Or even the first release of a major upgrade? It got to the point where it was a common joke that a "X.0" version of a Microsoft product can be depended upon to be bug ridden and that you need to wait for an "X.1" release before it's any good; so much so that Microsoft started releasing versions like "X.0a" and "X.0b" instead of "X.1" and "X.2" to look better. I've even seen references to Windows NT as "Windows NT 3.1", which I presume is a sneaky way of avoiding producing ANY NT "X.0" version. Oh, and as I mentioned elsewhere, Microsoft's ads may say first quarter 93, but their press releases have slipped things to June 93, and I have always predicted that they'll ship (not necessarily that anyone will get it, just that they'll ship the boxes…) the last week of 93 just to be able to say they made their planned release year… <g> –>Steve Bennett
