I'm very glad you've gotten your updates… you must be happy about that.
The 3DS.EXE from 2.0 is all you need to keep around until you get 2.01a.
You can just rename it to 3DS2.EXE for now. We're certainly hoping to get
the 2.01a update out in December (it's been in QA for over a week now), and
I'll let ya'll know when/how it's going to be available (but most likely
it's going to be via the same method 2.01 got to you).
