John,
>>> P.S. How do you feel about getting Rush on your modem. I don't think he has
a license to Broadcast on that medium. <g> <<<
How do I answer this and not take a political position….Hmmmmm
First of all Remember Rush Limbough is a Radio personality, his biggest value
to the radio stations is/was the fact that he _Sells_.
I find it extreemly amusing that a bunch of greedy Yuppi librals helped get
this guy started.
Sure many of his backers were conservatives from day one but he never would
have gone national without the Yuppi sell-outs.
How's that for labeling people…. <BG>
Personally I Agree with his point of view 70% of the time, sometimes he's so
full of himself I can't stand it so I don't listen as often as I used to. But
regarding important matters the man is usually right on.
You have to follow his logic over a couple of weeks to get a good sense of the
Man, then once you've got a basic understanding of his sincerety he's a lot
easier to understand even when he flies off on his over exagerations.
As far as politics goes I guess I've made full circle and I can't say where
it's going anymore.
Basicly I want Government out of my life..period!
I don't care if it's a Dem. or Rep. that's getting in my pocketbook or taking
away another little freedom…they can both stay oughta my life.
I've said this before the November Election and I'll repeat it again, the
problem isn't the President it's Congress! We've got to get them back to the
basics that this country was founded on and stop deviating for personal
political gain.
Perhaps with this "new" congress we'll see less interfearance with our lives
and regain more personal freedom.
We'll see….the countries in an upbeat mood because of the first republican
congress in 40 years and therefore I see much more optimistic decisions being
made by many of the business's I deal with.
Based on that I'd have to say that it appears were headed in the right
direction…just as long as it isn't extreemly right. <BG>
I've seen both sides of this coin and in fact could write a book about
extreemists on both the left and the right but I won't.
Therefore I'm going to end this before I start rambling.
