The three books in 2.1 are much easier to manage, IMHO. I kept
accidentally tearing pages out of the huge 7 pound 2.04 manual…
My book's being proofed as we speak. I'm hoping it'll be printed within
2-3 weeks, in time for last minute Xmas presents. 🙂
