I would say yes. I've seen many a thread on general 3d rendering topics that go on for a while and don't really have much to do with tech support that would probably have a bigger audience in AmigaArts – they were more like "how do I do this effect" rather than "I try to use this and my machine locks up". Especially as there already seems to be a raytracing/rendering topic there …
