The spreadsheet thng will rectify itself, I believe, before you see a resolution to the ProCalc output problem. DTP-wise, I bit the bullet and gave up my feelings of security to move to PageStream, and with the 2.22 version I have found nothing that makes me need to keep PPage areound or want to go back to it. There are differences and I miss explicit coordinates (which will be in 3.0, I'm told). There are, however somethings you can do in PageStream thaat ProPage won't allow. Also PageLiner is better, IMHO, than Article Editor, ArtExpression seems, from what little I've used it, the equal of ProPage, and Gold DIsk has nothing to emulate TypeSmith. And SL's support is much better. The advantages stacked up so high that I had to admit the only reason I didn't do this sooner was my reluctance to change and have to learn a new approach to DTP. The penalty was not that stiff, though… I also believe GD is gradually extracting themselves from the Amiga market as their PC products begin to sell more. I would guess that they will only deal in Amiga products as a publisher and not a producer in the future. wmc – via Autopilot!
