Hi Jerry: <<does this mean that programs created with cdk2 will only run under NT or will they run under windoze 3.1 with win32S ??>> CDK R2 applications run fine under Win 3.1/32s, no problems there. In fact, the entire kit will load into Win 3.1 and the many precompiled executables and viewers provided all run just fine. (The same code stream will execute in both Win31./32s and NT 3.5.) So, the limitation is really just compilation. And, our hand was forced my MS on this. It will interesting to learn more about VC++ support for Windows'95. My guess is MS picks it up, but I haven't heard anything official yet. <<also, i heard rumor that there will also be a dos version of cdk2. Is this true?>> No DOS plans for CDK R2 at this time. Truthfully, I don't think Autodesk will do it. We're too committed to the promise of 32-bit Windows. 32-bit extended DOS has worked pretty well for us, but given the quest for greater interoperability between applications, Windows wins, hands down. (you seem to be the only one with answers) Well, I'm certainly willing to help when I can! Thanks. -Kevin
