I also sent in my batteries under the replacement program, but have received nothing in return. I called the hotline and they said they are swamped. My name is not even in the computer yet, but was told not to worry, because less than 50% of the claims have even been opened it, and more are coming in. From what you report, I hope I did not make a mistake sending my batteries back. Joe
