Well……I ain't been in the market for a "real" job in a lot of
years, but when I was (and from discussions with people who were)
tutiton payments were a normal part of the compensation package.
Sometimes you had to stretch a point in getting a tie-in to your
present job description, but a little "artistic" imagination was
normally all it took.
Are today's company leaders so short sighted that they will not fund
employees that are looking to better themselves and increase their
value to the company for which they work ????
