It's a video capture/editing/manipulation tool. It supports cards from IBM,
Creative Labs, Jovian , etc. It is useful to generate AVI files. I've used it
to convert my FLC files (by using the POCO tools to separate it into bitmaps)
and put them back together as AVI files. It allows direct video capture as
