Thanks, I think I'll call them today. After starting some work yesterday, I realized the problem was more widespread than I thought, placing polygons in the 2d shaper accurately is next to impossible because once I pick it up, I can barely see where I move it until its dropped. So I've switched to the VESA drivers. They're a little slower, but at least they work properly. David
