#NTSC cards
Hello out there,
I have a chance to purchase either a Truevision Targa card or a Truevision
VideoVGA card (used or unopened box) from a private party. I am not MM
knowledgable, but do know that our dept needs the capability to record 3DS and
AniPro files to video tape.
What is the difference in these two cards? What are they worth? And what is a
suitable brand of SVHS VCR to purchase for these purposes?
