One of the MOD editors or players, I can't remember which but MED does spring
to mind, includes a description of the formats used by some of the various
programs. It's a very poorly defined format and seems to change with every
release of every MOD creator.
If it's not in MED, start looking into MOD players that support a ton of
formats – Sorry I can't be more specific.
