Wes, I can understand the tone, I am at wits end here as well. I was down in the LAB yesterday talking with the QA technician who was responsible for the controller. We went over his notes and found nothing that would indicate the problems that you are experiencing. He had no problems with the controller other than the non standard exclusion switches. I am asking you to exclude all the IDs because we have little left to try and it is not something that will take a great deal of time (not saying that we have all the time in the world <grin>). We, at this point are not even getting to the point where our software can interface with your configuration. We interface at the ASPI layer. If there is something wrong from the hardware to this layer, we will not be able to communicate with the controller. We know our ASPI interface is working (it has been tested time and time again with different controllers), so the problem must lie from that point down towards the hardware. I will request that they put together the system together again with your exact SCSI configuration. Laszlo
