Bryan, The upgrade price seems way out of line for a product which can be purchased new for $65 at a number of places. I would expect a substantial number of impressive items in the upgrade to justify this high cost which would seem to intrude on your SCSI PRO package. I'd like to give you the benefit of the doubt so maybe you can tell us the justification of the high upgrade price.
