Tom, The DTC 3280 is certified with our software and so is the 2525. The 3290 is in progress. If you are having a problem with the software, trouble shoot standard SCSI problems such as termination and cable length. If you are getting a message that says that the tape is not recognized or unsupported, you can edit the TAPEDRV.DAT file. In here simply increment the line number, add the SCSI enquiry string, and at the end add a number (after browsing up the list for a similar 525 MB QIC drive) that corresponds to a QIC type of drive. (I don't think that this is necessary with this tape though.) I hope this helps. Laszlo I hope this helps.
