The differences are many. I will try to outline them.
-new windows interface
-new dos interface
-support for scanners, printers, cd rom writers
-all dos utilities migrated to windows
-enhancements to the Netware CD ROM and Jukebox solutions.
-auto configuring driver
-patchless drivers
