I have some questions about the licensing legalities of using CorelDraw. I work for a manufacturer of printer products in the Technical support department. I have purchased a copy of CorelDraw 3.0 and an upgrade package of CorelDraw 4.0 What I would like to do is to install CorelDraw 3.0 and or 4.0 on our department network file server. From here each engineer could run it in the department when needed. We would only be using it to fault find and re-create problems which customers have reported to us when they use CorelDraw and our printers. If the department people run it from the server, although only one person will be using it at any one time, there will be copies of all the fonts and .ini files etc. on several PC's in the department. Would we be breaking any licensing laws ? I have inquired at our local dealer and they tell me that there is no network version and that I cannot buy individual licences here in the UK. Surely I do not have to purchase a copy for each engineer who may only use it a very few times per year ? I have tried asking my local dealer but they seem a little unclear and have sugested that I contact CorelDraw myself. Best regards Hamish McMurray
