Hi David: Actually I had shown Arlen a copy of your message and he informed me that a database mailout was sent out within the last week regarding this update. In regards to "media relations" I was referring to finding out which magazine publications had mentioned the patch in their articles. Customer service is responsible for phone/mail orders. Generally a sales dept. as opposed to being involved in database mailings etc. Arlen sounds like the man to speak with regarding this mailing but I think he is attending COMDEX this week. You may want to E-Mail him early next week. I hope this helps you out! Donna 🙂
