#Why Can't I Get It
I have been trying since August 6th to get my "buggy as hell" Corel 4.0 CD
replaced. I am one of three partners who have used Corel for some time. One of
them ordered the CD fix around August First and had it by the sixth. I have
called at least four times as has my other partner and always been told…"Oh,
you should have had that weeks and weeks ago." Why can't Corel get this fix to
me. I can only assume that the program is so buggy they can't get the new
version out. I am nearly ready to puchase the Competitive Upgrade to Canvas and
have already looked at a couple of other packages because we simply cannot
continue to try to run a business with software that we are never quite sure
will work.
