With Windows shipping with almost every PC sold, the Windows NT
/ OS-2 war was over before Windows NT reached final release. The
current Windows users will begin to move to Windows NT as soon as the
common apps are ported.
As software developers we looked at both Windows NT and OS-2.
We do not see any market for OS-2 products.
With the large mass of Windows apps being ported to Windows NT
in the near future Windows NT usage is in for a very large growth
rate.
The success of Windows NT or the failure of OS-2 has very
little to do with which of the two is a better operating system.
